Do my points ever expire? ▾

No — your points never expire as long as your account has at least one activity (an order, login, or referral) within any rolling 12-month period. We'll send you a reminder before anything is at risk.

How do I check my balance? ▾

Sign in to your account and your balance, available rewards, and order history are right on your dashboard. You'll also see your points balance at checkout every single time.

Can I use rewards on delivery orders? ▾

Yes! Rewards work on both pickup and delivery orders. Just select the reward at checkout and it's automatically deducted from your total.

Can I combine multiple rewards in one order? ▾

One reward redemption per order. However, you still earn points on any remaining balance paid — so you're always stacking.

How long does it take for points to post? ▾

Points post within a few minutes of your order being marked complete. Bonus points from referrals and reviews may take up to 24 hours.

What if I return or cancel my order? ▾

Any points earned on a returned or cancelled order will be deducted. If you used a reward on that order, those points are refunded back to your account.
